I had to look through old files to find your URL since I've had no need to go look for info on your site in quite awhile. I just don't have problems with my AIT account...so there's no need to come looking when everything is humming along just fine.
Over the past few days I've had to make some changes that sent me back to your site and everything that I have encountered has been handled incredibly swiftly (faster even than the last time I needed changes/support.

| I love the fact that I can talk to real people at AIT who care about me, the customer. I am a business man and motivated by profit - that's the bottom line. I'm glad you people understand that, and the fact is I resell just about everything you offer to include Ushop, your free web store and your ecommerce gateway. For me, the best thing about AIT is the Premium Reseller program. Since starting it, my hosting and web design business has increased four-fold and I've reduced the time I spend on technical support to end-users. The Cpanel makes managing my Virtual Servers a breeze and the Vpanel keeps my virutal host customers happy because they can manage their own web hosting with a graphical interface. | I would like to see all AITs departments maintain the excellent service that I have recieved since becoming a customer. My e-mail questions are answered VERY quickly when I send in an e-mail (like within 10-30 minutes!) and my billing and accounting questions are answered as quickly also! My server runs great! | Wow! Is there anything AIT doesn't offer? I love your realtime trouble ticket system for tech support and the on-line billing is right on target. I hosted with 3 other companies before coming to AIT, and none of them compare to what you offer in terms of technology, service and price. Your Virtual Server technology is the best technical solution I've ever seen for web hosting and the only way for a serious web master to practice his trade.
